My experience with the whole team at Windows4you has been excellent. From the moment I visited the showroom for the 1st time to discuss the 2 doors I require, to the final phone call to make sure I was happy with everything 😊 I can't fault them. They made me feel very welcome and listened to my requirements, making suggestions and giving me colour samples. Once I'd chosen my 2 doors, the order was placed with a small deposit and only took a few weeks to arrive. The installation men where very polite, friendly and worked none stop to install my doors into a very tricky cottage. They where very professional, cleaned up well and took my old doors. 🙂 I can not recommend this company enough, excellent quality and service all at excellent prices. Just had my windows and door installed. Crew arrived on time, very organized professionals, no mess, no damages to the cladding ( the house has been cladded after previous double glazed were fitted) plus the finishing touches are great!!! Basically I'm very very happy I've chosen Windows 4 U. The quality of the windows and door is amazing. As I've said no mess at all as they cleaning after themselves which is something to highlight as nowadays not many companies does that. The house looks completely different with my new windows and front doors. I will recommending this company to anyone who'll looking to replace their windows or doors as I'm sure no one would complain... Wojtek was very detailed during his first visit. We started by replacing all of the windows in the house, and then we chose to replace our old composite front door with a lovely aluminium door! Our family from Crewe were so pleased with the front door that they ordered one for themselves. Our job was completed on time and with professionalism. I will surely have them return to work on our conservatory roof soon! We've already noticed a change in our energy bills after only two months! The house is considerably warmer. Pierwszy raz skorzystalem z uslug firmy dwa lata temu przy wymianie okien. Cena oraz jakos okien i wykonanej uslugi zaowocowalo kolejnym zleceniem, rok pozniej byla to wymiana drzwi. Chlopaki zrobili kawal dobrej roboty i tym razem . W tym roku przyszedł czas na okno kuchenne i drzwi ogrodowe typu bi-fold. This company is the most efficient I had quotes of otheres but the advice I had off these was second to none every detail was thought about and my house is the most talked about in our street 4 bed detached home and all windows and doors replaced at an unbelievable price ,I got othere quotes and spent hours with over paid sales men. Steve and his team came out measured up and gave the best price I didn't even have to haggle the blokes did a great job fitting and they were very tidy they did excellent job im so proud of my house now glad I took there advice or my windows would have been a miss mash if I had gone with othere company's thanks Windows for you and all your team ~ Tracey E

I have just had windows 4 u, to install a new back door. I am extremely happy with the professional service they have provided and my door looks amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed that they delivered on their promise of getting it installed before Christmas. Many thanks guys! I will definitely back next year for further work. We had the windows in the rear of the house replace by Windows4you. They came and measured and gave us a good competitive quote. They came exactly when they said and the lads were focused on what they were doing. There was a problem with marks on the inside of a few of the window glass units. They were on the case straight away and ordered new units and when they came they fitted them and were keen to make sure we were happy, We are happy with the service we received and would recommend Windows4you if you are thinking of getting your windows replaced. Windows 4 you are very good professional company. Service received from quotation stage until installation was amazing. I had all windows and doors replaced as part of this job by Windows4you. We choosed to go with European style tilt and turn windows. Workmanship of the installation was done to a high standard and any question or minor issues observed by us during the process has been addressed by the installation team promptly and to our satisfaction. My mother in law 93, had a problem with the living room window, the hinges had completely failed. We drove over and arrived to find that it was a job for a professional. Miles rang Windows4You and a visit was arranged for the following day. They arrived on time, they were polite and helpful, and gave and incredibly good quote for the repair. They found replacement hinges and returned, on time to complete the repair the following day. Outstanding service! We just had a new garage door and wooden lift and slide door installed by the Windows4you team, and we are very pleased with the entire process, from the non-pushy initial visit to the speedy response to our queries. The overall product is fantastic. We didn't anticipate it to be such a convenience to have to use the new roller garage doors every day, they operate quietly and smoothly. Best windows on the European Market . Best quality tripple glazed and U- value thermal insulation of 0.5 which any other UK companies can only offer U- value of 1.1 which is not really efficient as Windows4you. I have changed all windows in my house and really feel a huge difference. My house is really warm now and feel so cosy . I am planning to change front door this year only from Windows4you. I would recommend Windows4you for everyone because of quality and fantastic service. You will not be disappointed . Thank you. ~ Kasia s

I am pleased with the windows and doors we had installed. We did have an issue with the handle of the bifold door and they came and fixed it. It is quite common for them to come back as the bifold door require time to settle in and level itself. We did have some slight communication barrier with some staff but Steve always helped us get it right. It is quite reassuring. We might have had an issue during the initial installation due to the wrong sizes but they were there to come and put it right. Great customer service. ~ Eileen T

We had all windows replaced in Jun23. We decided to change one external and one internal door too. All manufactured in Poland, from Aluplast. The triple glazed windows are brilliant, both to keep the heat in and the noise out. They are in a different league than the local counterparts. The service experience was very pleasant, from the product choice to the installation. It only took them 3 days to provide the service, despite the distance of 90 miles. From the initial contact, windows mesurment and instslation Windows4You has been fantastic. Everyone from admin staff to fitters was polite and courteous and they offers very competitive price for triple glazing windows too. There was no hidden fees no pushy sell. Instead, all our questions and concerns were answered promptly and in professional manners. Tom and his colleagues have recently completed our third installation of triple glazed windows (two sets of double glazed at a previous property in Werrington). He has always listened closely to what we needed, and his fitting crew was always friendly and professional. I love the window patterns, which are both elegant and blend in wonderfully with our Victorian house, as well as being high quality. The price was excellent for what they had to deal with!
